Cancellations
Thank you for your valued custom which is very important to me. I must, with respect, draw your attention to my cancellation policy regarding missed or cancelled appointments which I kindly ask you to observe.
I understand that appointments sometimes need to be rearranged and you now have access to do this via your login on the website. This must be done with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your appointment and to avoid any charges. You will not be able to amend your appointment online within the 48 hour period and I ask, in those circumstances, that you contact me as soon as possible.
Please note that you will be charged 50% of your treatment cost if you cancel between 24 and 48 hours and 100% within 24 hours. If I am able to refill your appointment, I will credit your account minus any deductions for the treatment cost difference. If you fail to show up for your appointment, you will incur the full cost of the booking.
