Before Your Visit

Before your appointment

Arrival: Please arrive with time to spare prior to your first appointment. This will ensure you are familiar with your surroundings and that you are relaxed for your treatment.

Parking:  I am situated down a quiet cul-de-sac with off street parking so please do make use of the driveway.

Suitability: Some treatments are unsuitable for certain medical conditions and during pregnancy.  Please inform of any medical conditions or if you are pregnant when booking your appointment.  A doctor’s note may be required in order to carry out some treatments.

Patch Testing: Some treatments require a patch test.  This must be carried out within a specific time scale of these treatments.  If your treatment does require a patch test please ensure that you book one at least 48 hours prior to your treatment.  This can be booked online.  If you are unsure please contact me.

Consultation: You will be required to complete and sign consultation forms on each visit.  This is fully compliant with the privacy policy.  Please be aware that at times we may be unable to carry out your treatment, if we feel from your consultation that the service is unsuitable for you at the time.   As frustrating as this may be, it is always in your best interests and I will endeavour to find a more suitable alternative.

Payment: BACS payment either prior to or at the end of your appointment is preferable, however I am happy to accept cash if that is your preferred payment.

Online Bookings:  When booking, your appointment will remain tentative.  You will receive an invoice for the full amount of your treatment.  You can choose to pay the full amount or 50% by BACS transfer to secure the booking.  The remaining 50% will be due on the day, prior to your appointment.  If initial payment isn’t received within 24 hours of the invoice being sent, your appointment will be declined and you will receive notification to this effect.
