Cancellations

Thank you for your valued custom which is very important to me. I must, with respect, draw your attention to my cancellation policy regarding rescheduled, missed or cancelled appointments, which I kindly ask you to observe.
 

I understand that appointments sometimes need to be rearranged.   Please contact me by calling or text message to cancel or reschedule.  Please allow a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your appointment to avoid any charges. 

Please note that you will be charged 50% of your treatment cost if you cancel between 24 and 48 hours and 100% within 24 hours.  If I am able to refill your appointment, I will credit your account minus any deductions for the treatment cost difference.  If you fail to show up for your appointment, you will incur the full cost of the booking.

 
All deposits are non refundable but will remain on your account as credit for future use.  If you cancel within the 48 hour notice period, your deposit will be deducted accordingly.  Any credits issued due to cancellations or changes must be used within 6 months of the original appointment date.  After this time, the credit will expire and cannot be used towards future bookings.
